KSM-250-4.7 railway cars unloader of Hopper type

KSM-250-4.7 unloader consists of a receiving tray 1 with two horizontal screws 2, an inclined screw 3 with a trolley 4, a control panel 5, an outlet branch pipe 6 and a drive section 7.

It is designed for non-hopper unloading of rail cars of the "Hopper" type, model 11-739. It can be used for unloading and further transportation of grain and products of its processing from other containers.

The principle of the unloader is that the grain from the car falls onto the lower delivery tray, installed at the bottom, and transmitted by rotating horizontal screws to the inclined screw, which transports the grain to the discharge branch tube.

The unloader can be manufactured in one of the two versions - with drop sides or without them.
