KSF screw feeder

KSF Ø160, Ø200, Ø250 screw feeder consists of a pipe 1, an inlet branch pipe 2, a conveying part 3, an outlet branch pipe 4 and a drive section 5. The feeders are driven by an electric engine, a worm or other gear. The conveying part is executed in the form of a screw spiral.
It is designed for transportation of bulk materials, but more often as a feeder for feeding material to other conveyors or dispensers.
The conveyor can be manufactured of stainless steel or black metal and covered with enamel.
The principle of the screw feeder is to push the product with the working surface of the helix.
Under the individual order, the factory produces screw feeders of various lengths and capacities.
