Please, fill the form before sending it:

The double-flow grain elevator is designed for vertical transportation of raw or processed material as part of technological lines of high-efficiency grain cleaning units and grain cleaning and drying complexes, as well as for placing grain to the granary.

The N-x2 elevator differs from the N one in two flows. Each elevator flow can separately transport the material without mixing the fractions.

N-x2 elevator consists of the following main components: a lower head, a top head, a drive, bucket belt and sections: drive, maintenance and intermediate and the mechanism for closing the shutters.

The traction part of the elevator is a rubberized belt (elevator belt), enveloping the upper (drive) and lower (tension) drums; the working part is the buckets attached to the belt by mounting bolts.

Elevator cover is self-supporting and assembled from separate sections with gaskets for sealing between flanges.
The lower head has the places for the installation and attachment of the hopper.

The hopper of the reverse branch performs an auxiliary role and can be used in certain cases to load the elevator, as well as when removing grain from the pit.

The material is fed and the productivity is changed by the transporting devices, as well as by closing the conveyor shutters.
