KBZ-300 cleaning screws

Ø300 cleaning screw with productivity in 100 t/h.

Cleaning screws are involved in the work for unloading the remnants of grain after the main unloading through the funnels in the bottom of the silo. Moving in a circle of 360°, inside the silo, the screw moves the grain to the central funnel. The cleaning screw is installed in the central part of the silo and completely covers the bottom of the container in diameter. The screw is rotated by the gearmotor. Cleaning screws are produced with diameters of 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm and they are used with silos having diameters from 4.57 m to 32.00 m.
