UZP pneumatic gate

UZP gate consists of a body frame (1), with a shutter (3) moving along the rollers (2) – see Appendix 1. From the pneumatic network, compressed air follows through the pipeline (4) into the internal space of the air distributor (5), which, following the command from the control panel supplies compressed air to the corresponding space of the pneumatic cylinder.

Compressed air, acting on the ram, moves the shutter, which is toughly connected to the rod (6) to one of the extreme positions. When the shutter reaches the extreme position, a sensor generates, sending a signal for example, to the control panel’s light display.
