KDE-4S double electric valve

Reversing valves are an indispensable part of gravity transport pipeline systems, which are designed to transport grain flows and feed stuff. The reversing valve allows the switching of the grain flow at grain elevators, grain bulk storage and other grain processing plants.

The reversing valve is designed to change the product flow direction and distribute it in one of two directions. The reversing valves can be single, double and three-sided. The single reversing valve directs the grain flow down and to the side, the double one respectively, evenly in two directions, three-sided one - down and on both sides, they can be manually and electrically operated. According to the drive they are divided into valves with manual and electric drive.

300 × 300 KDE-4S double electrical valve is made of galvanized steel, which significantly increases its anti-corrosion properties.

Limit valve positions are fixed by the limit switches. In the standard version, the valve has an angle of 45°.

A worm gear motor acts as the drive. The deflecting shutter is fixed to the shaft, which rotates on the bearings, which causes free rotation without jamming, as well as the durable service of the unit.
